Service Description

The focus for this session will be to continue to master individual and team skill such as proper shooting form, moves to the basket from all floor positions, cuts, screens, and aggressive rebounding. Additionally, team defense, proper floor spacing, defeating a full court press, and concepts for attacking both person-to-person and zone defenses will be taught. This camp will have fun, fast-paced drills and competitions.
